Cozy, Cozy, Cozy

Had a great time with friends! We loved visiting the fishing neighborhood of Serrallo, one of the best places to eat in the city. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to most attractions like Sagrada Familia and the Gothic Quarter. The staff was super helpful too!
One downside was that the workout room was small, and some equipment was broken. It could be better, especially for those wanting to stay active during their stay.

Spotless cleanliness and vibrant decor make this place feel inviting. The central location offers easy walking access to major attractions, with plenty of cafes and bars just around the corner.
The air conditioning struggles to keep up during warmer months, leading to discomfort. Furthermore, the thin walls let in noise from the street, making it a tad too lively for a peaceful night’s sleep. Breakfast was a letdown. stale options with dried eggs don’t cut it for the price. Also, unexpected charges for late checkout felt misleading given the advertised flexibility on the website.

would happily go back again
The room was cozy and had great amenities like air conditioning, a private bathroom with a separate shower and bath, and a flat-screen TV. Loved the complimentary slippers and bathrobe too! Staff was totally helpful, and the location made it super easy to walk to Sagrada Familia and other nearby spots. Breakfast was a treat with fresh pastries and a variety of drinks.

The dining scene around Sercotel was lit! Hit up Joys Cafe for a wicked breakfast and D. Fenix Sushi for some bomb rolls. Plus, the bar area was cozy, perfect for unwinding after a day of wandering. Overall, a great spot to chill after exploring the city's culinary treasures!
Now, the air conditioning was a total letdown—never got below 75F and quit on our last night! Also, those beds were rock-hard. comfort isn’t a luxury I expected to skip.

I enjoyed my stay at Sercotel in Barcelona. The room had a modern decor that felt welcoming, offering good amenities like a well-functioning air conditioning system. The location was fantastic, allowing easy access to major attractions, and the staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. Breakfast options were abundant and fresh, catering to different tastes. However, I faced a few inconveniences. The room wasn’t entirely soundproof, making it hard to ignore noise from the street, especially during the night. Additionally, the shower cabin lacked proper tiles, and there was some rust on the fixtures, indicating a need for renovations. The blackout curtains didn't completely block outside light, which affected my sleep. Despite these issues, the hotel staff's attentiveness helped enhance the overall experience.

An Exceptional Stay in Eixample!

Recommend it for family with children
The staff were really friendly, especially the guys at the front desk who handed us a picnic bag when we checked out. It had small sandwiches, muffins, and juice – something you don’t see everyday, very considerate!
It isn’t exactly cheap, but for what we got, I’d say it's still acceptable.

The friendly staff welcomed us warmly, making check-in smooth and enjoyable.
